Maintains and repairs all buildings on/off property. Assists and provides minor repairs in the various trades (Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, and Minor Electrical). Perform minor preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment.

- One year of building maintenance or construction work
- Ability to ensure the completion of all job assignments
- Appropriate dress code
- Must complete a 90-day probationary period
- Must be eligible to obtain a Non-Gaming license
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to operate lifts of different assortments
- Knowledgeable and capability of utilizing tools required solving maintenance problems.
- Knowledge in preventive maintenance areas.
- Ability to plan, schedule, and log daily maintenance duties.
- Knowledge in safety and hazardous materials.
- Knowledge in minor maintenance repairs.
- Assist Maintenance Engineers with major and minor repairs.
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow employees.

The team member is regularly required to stand, for long periods of time. Must be able to stand 2-3 hours in between breaks. Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The team member is regularly exposed to risk of radiation (from computers), as a great deal of the workday is spent working on spreadsheets or inputting data into the computer system.

Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals. High volume direct public contact.
