Base on experience with a minimum of $19.00/hour
Benefits: PERS Retirement contribution, single health/dental plan, sick/vacation days.
Hours:
Evening shift during the school year (2:30 - 11:00 pm) and daytime hours when school is not in session.
Goal: To provide students/staff with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place in which to learn, play, and develop.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Ability to communicate and work with others.
Ability to do basic trouble shooting with minor maintenance, repairs.
Ability to operate maintenance equipment.
Must be able to do manual labor, climb ladder and to lift 30 lbs.
Ability to provide proper cleaning and care of building, sites, furniture and various kinds of equipment, supplies, and instructional materials.
Basic computer operation skills needed to communicate through email, and monitor HVAC system.
