ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the ongoing maintenance and aesthetic appeal of our properties. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate with the Property Manager, and oversee scheduling, safety, and budget adherence to deliver excellent resident service.
Responsibilities include supervising repairs, on-call availability, inspections, and vendor coordination, while maintaining logbooks and EPA compliance.
