Job Description:
The Utilities position responsibilities include supporting the maintenance and upkeep of company buildings and grounds through a variety of general labor and handyman tasks. This temporary position reports directly to Don and may become a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. Duties will vary based on business needs and may include painting, moving materials, replenishing supplies, building shelves, assisting with facility maintenance, and supporting utilities operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and comfortable performing physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:$20.00 $ 25.00 per hour (DOE)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Perform general handyman and buildings & grounds duties as assigned
-Assist with painting, hanging fixtures, building shelves, and minor repairs
-Move boxes, mats, supplies, and other materials throughout the facility
-Replenish paper towels and other facility supplies as needed
-Support utilities and maintenance functions based on operational demands
-Assist with moving chemical drums and other heavy materials safely
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and facility grounds
-Follow all company safety procedures and policies
-Perform additional manual labor tasks and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
-Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
-Comfortable performing physical and manual labor tasks throughout the workday
-Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
-Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
-Basic handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred
-Ability to work independently and follow direction from supervisors
-Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
-Ability to work safely in an industrial or manufacturing environment
