Monday-Friday, must work on call rotation

Maintenance Supervisor – Lead with Hands-On Impact

About the Role

Our Maintenance Supervisors set the tone for excellence. You’ll guide your team, oversee projects, and ensure every resident feels safe, comfortable, and proud of their home.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, schedule, and mentor your maintenance team.
• Manage preventive maintenance and complex repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and property standards.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Jump in with hands‑on expertise when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• EPO and EPA certified, required
• Weekends and on call rotation, required
• Proven maintenance background with leadership ability.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem‑solve.
• Positive leadership style and team‑first mindset.
