Budget Suites of America is seeking to hire an inside/outside Apartment Cleaner for full-time employment at various locations.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Prior experience working housekeeping preferred.
• Outgoing and customer-oriented personality.
• Remove trash and replace liners in public trash cans (common area cans).
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as blowing out breezeways, pressure-washing, removal of cobwebs, dusting of handrails, cleaning of light fixtures, removal of pet waste, non-organic waste, and other debris from grounds, grassy areas, parking lots, and walkways.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, polishing stainless steel, straightening furniture, and waste removal.
• Remove furniture, trash, and household items from vacated rooms.
• Clean and operate compactors, pick up loose and bagged trash around the area.
• Clean and clear trash and debris from chute rooms, trash rooms, and dumpster areas.
• Clean grills and appliances.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Be flexible to work and/or be on call during service hours.
• Ability to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to climb stairs, walk distances, and tolerate disagreeable odors.
• Other duties as assigned.
