Responsibilities
  • Complete resident requested work orders in a timely manner
  • Work as a member of a team that takes pride in the property’s curb appeal and common area conditions
  • Efficiently prepare or make ready vacant units so that the new resident has a positive experience
  • Provide 5-star customer service
  • Effectively communicate
How we measure success
  • Lead Generation
  • Lead Conversion
  • Customer Fulfillment (The part where our maintenance teams excel!)
Goals and expectations
  • Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of greater than 95%
  • Complete greater than 75% of all work orders within 48 hours
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less
