Facilities Maintenance​/Outside

Penmac Staffing is now accepting applications for Facilities Maintenance Inside/ Outside to fill an opening with an employer in Lincoln, AR. The ideal candidates should have a Stable work history that demonstrates reliability or, in lieu of work history, will consider vocational/ technical high school and college courses and military service.

• Good Attendance and punctuality is a must
• Basic mechanical and repair skills along with proper maintenance
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Willing to submit to a Background check/drug test

• Starting pay $15.00/+ hr
• Weekly Pay
• Full-time

• 1st Shift Monday through Thursday 1st- 5 a.m.
  
  - 3:30 p.m. We will expand to Overtime on Fridays and Half Days on Saturdays. Training 1st day on first shift.
• General landscaping and groundskeeping duties
• Perform minor building repairs, general cleaning,
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Operate and properly maintain heavy equipment, including tractors, dozers, etc.
• Complete minor repairs and general facility fixes, including repairing broken locks, replacing light bulbs and addressing other basic maintenance needs
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of machinery, equipment and facility areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production equipment.
