Searching for motivated team players with some experience in general maintenance duties. Individual would be responsible for performing a wide range of duties in vacation rental properties in both North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach.
Candidates should be mechanically inclined, able to identify and fix routine light maintenance issues such as tightening door handles, clearing disposals of obstructions, simple wifi and cable TV troubleshooting, and in general being able to identify potential safety hazards both inside and out of rental units.
Duties would also include deliveries to rental units such as linens, replacement housewares, and other necessary items that would need to be purchased.
Company van would be provided.
Pay ranges from $11-$15/hour.
Must have an excellent eye for detail and excellent customer service skills in addition to technical experience. Position would involve communicating effectively with homeowners and guests regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the rental units on our rental program.
