Warehouse Driver – Full-Time | North Platte, NE | $19.00/hr

This unique position combines warehouse duties, equipment operation and travel to cemeteries throughout Nebraska to assist with burial services. Location: North Platte, NE
Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays and a few Sundays throughout the year. Base hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, but end times vary depending on funeral services and may extend until 5:00–6:00 PM.

Build and prepare concrete burial vaults.

Operate a forklift to load, unload and move burial vaults.

Paint and maintain burial vaults.

Load vaults onto trucks and trailers for transport.

Drive to cemeteries throughout Nebraska.

Set up burial vaults, cable and pulley systems, tents and chairs before funeral services.

Remain on-site during services and tear down equipment afterward.

Assist with general warehouse duties and light mechanical work as needed.

Work safely indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

Valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).

Excellent attendance and reliability.

Forklift experience is helpful but not required.

Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel to area cemeteries as needed.

Ability to lift, load and move heavy materials.

Ability to stand, bend, lift and perform physical labor throughout the day.

Ability to work in all weather conditions.
