Wingate Management Company in North Providence, RI seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and participate in day-to-day maintenance at our residential property. You will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate apartment turnovers, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs, and ensure safety and OSHA standards.
