ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our property in North Richland Hills, TX. You will direct maintenance staff, coordinate turns, and ensure prompt, professional service while adhering to budget and safety policies.
You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, maintain common areas and pools, train staff, and inspect contractor work. A valid license and EPA certification are preferred; on-call and weekend hours apply.
