Responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Inspect kitchens, train staff, order supplies, supervise kitchen staff, maintain inventory and records, keep the kitchen clean, and meet safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas

• Education:
  
  Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience:
  
  2 to 3 years in a similar role
• Personal suitability:
