We are seeking an organized Maintenance Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for the upkeep and organization of our warehouse, office, and property.
OverviewWe are seeking an organized Maintenance Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for the upkeep and organization of our warehouse, office, and property.
Duties- Keeping our warehouse clean and organized.
- Receiving materials and assigning them to jobs.
- Notifying the foremen about materials.
- Coordinating returns with purchasers.
- Basic property maintenance and repairs (upkeep of systems).
- Delivery/ Pickup of materials.
- Organization skills are a must.
- Good communication skills.
- Pride in workmanship.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. & climb stairs & ladders.
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
