Hampton Court, Hampton, MA 01060 (in Northampton, MA). Salary: $20.00 per hour.

Position:
Part Time Porter at Hampton Court Apartment Community.

• Complete the final cleaning of an apartment during the unit turnover process after renovations.
• Maintain trash rooms and property trash removal:
  • Clean trash rooms and trash shoots.
  • Prepare trash containers for pickup by the trash company.
  • Remove trash from exterior of property, hallways, and other parts of the building.
• Clean hallways (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, windows, etc.).
• Deliver notices to each unit as requested by property management.
• Perform light maintenance tasks.
• Clean leaves off drains and exterior stairs.
• Assist maintenance and property management staff by providing outside vendors with access to apartment units.
• Walk the property daily, collecting trash and replacing burned out light bulbs as needed.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with rotating on-call duty. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of Northampton for on-call duty and possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation. A $150 premium is paid for each week of on-call service, plus a time‑and‑a‑half rate for emergency calls and travel time.

Must be willing to work part time and meet the on-call requirements outlined above.
