The Staff Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in the monthly close and financial reporting processes. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with experience in a publicly traded company who is looking to further develop technical accounting skills within a complex, multi-entity organization.

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with financial statement preparation in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Support accounting activities across multiple legal entities, including intercompany transactions
• Assist with SOX compliance and internal control documentation and testing
• Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, tax, and operations
• Assist with process improvements and documentation of accounting procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• 2–4 years of accounting experience
• Experience working in a publicly traded company strongly preferred
• Exposure to multi-entity or consolidated environments preferred
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Progress toward CPA certification or CPA-eligible preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a complex accounting environment
