AP Clerk

$75,000 – $80,000 plus bonus
Northbrook, IL – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Our client, a long-established private family office is seeking a highly detail-oriented AP Clerk to join their accounting team. The AP Clerk will be trusted with sensitive financial information and will play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

• Manage full-cycle AP across family entities, corporate accounts, and foundations.
• Review invoices, ensure approvals, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Coordinate property tax payments, foundation grants, and recurring household expenses.
• Reconcile corporate and personal credit card activity.
• Maintain Quick Books records and support bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist with LLC filings, tax notices, and sensitive mail tracking.

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience in a similar role
• Quick Books experience preferred
• Experience with tax payments or multi-entity work is a plus
