Accounting Manager – Salary: $115K–$130K

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage and forecast cash flow, providing insights on liquidity and financial strategy
• Coordinate and review multi‑entity tax filings and compliance efforts
• Lead audit readiness and enforce accounting policies and internal controls
• Supervise and develop accounting staff while improving processes and systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5–7 years of accounting experience (real estate preferred)
• Experience managing accounting operations and teams
• Strong systems experience and advanced Excel skills
