The Senior Revenue Accountant is responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and reports including management reports with a primary focus on revenue recognition and reporting. The incumbent will review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.

• Support month‑end close by preparing monthly journal entries, consolidating entries, and performing month‑end analyses in the area of revenue recognition.
• Produce exhibits and commentary required for reports issued to management, outside directors, third parties, and government agencies.
• Prepare and review sales transactions, analyze account balances, and maintain supporting documentation files.
• Review sales legal agreements to ensure proper execution and revenue recognition compliance.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial information requests and analyses, own exhibits, and identify trends or unusual variances in a fast‑moving sales environment.
• Assist with special projects, year‑end activities such as audit inquiries, and related duties.
• Prioritize larger, more urgent company initiatives that rely on revenue accounting.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting and operational procedures and systems, assessing cross‑departmental impacts.
• Collaborate with departments—including Supply Chain, Sales, Market Research, Legal, IT, and the Finance organization—to foster strong relationships and shared goals.
• Facilitate discussions on standard and complex revenue‑recognition matters, and collaborate cross‑departmentally to understand financial implications of various transactions.
• Provide guidance to other accounting staff and operational team members as needed.

• Education:
  
  BS degree in Accounting.
• Years of experience: 3–5 years of accounting experience; CPA preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
• Compliance with established departmental processes and procedures that support internal controls efforts.
• Identification and communication of internal controls deficiencies to department management.

Estimated base pay: $72,900 – $96,200 (may vary based on education, training, skills, qualifications, and experience). In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full‑time employees.
