Salary: $85,000 - $111,000 (Hybrid 3 days in office)

• Lead a team supporting global Accounts Receivable and Shared Services operations.
• Gain broad exposure to financial close, AR, AP, Payroll, Master Data, and Travel & Expense functions.
• Partner directly with Finance, Sales, Credit, Controllers, and other business leaders across the organization.
• Play a key role in internal controls, SOX compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities for Shared Services functions.
• Oversee global Accounts Receivable operations, including cash application, reconciliations, bad debt reserves, and customer account management.
• Review and approve account reconciliations, journal entries, account analyses, and financial reporting deliverables.
• Manage internal control processes, SOX compliance requirements, and audit support activities.
• Coach, develop, and lead accounting team members while overseeing workload prioritization and performance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on reporting, system implementations, process improvements, and special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of financial close and accounting systems.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with SAP (S/4
  
  HANA or ECC);
  Oracle experience is a plus.
