Stepan Company is seeking an experienced Senior or Lead Internal Auditor to strengthen governance, risk management, and the internal control framework. You will plan, execute, and report on high‑impact audits across financial, operational, compliance, and IT areas, including SOX program oversight.
You will collaborate with Internal Audit leadership, mentor staff, and communicate audit findings and value‑added actions to stakeholders globally, in a hybrid work environment.
