Target Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 base salary plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead inventory and cost accounting activities, including manufacturing variance analysis

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

• Oversee accruals, accounts payable, payroll, compensation, and debt-related accounting

• Prepare financial statements, account reconciliations, and audit support schedules

• Supervise and develop two accountants while strengthening SOX controls and accounting processes

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

• Strong inventory and cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment

• Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls in a public or complex organization

• Background working with large ERP systems such as Dynamics, Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar
