Administrative Assistant

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established suburban law firm in the North Shore area that is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support attorneys across multiple practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a collaborative office environment and wants to play a key role in supporting both attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of law firm administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and finalize legal documents for attorney and client review
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files
• Assist with court filings and litigation docket management
• Utilize electronic filing systems, including Odyssey, PACER, and other applicable court platforms
• Transcribe dictation and other attorney materials as needed
• Process monthly client billing and related administrative tasks
• Manage document execution and coordinate client signatures
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls
• Assist with office operations, supply ordering, and administrative projects
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff across multiple practice areas
