About

The Role

The Global Commercial Solutions Manager is a strategic, commercially focused marketer responsible for developing, refining, and deploying global go‑to‑market strategies that position our solutions—​not just our products—as high‑value offerings for customers. This role operates at the intersection of marketing, sales, portfolio, and regional commercial teams, ensuring cohesive solution value propositions, globally consistent commercial playbooks, and effective market activation.

The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker, storyteller, and orchestrator who understands customer pain points, market dynamics, product capabilities, and how to translate them into compelling commercial narratives and executable global sales plays.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy & Solution Development
    • Define and evolve global commercial strategies that articulate differentiated solution value propositions across customer segments and markets.
    • Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into solution positioning and messaging.
    • Develop end‑to‑end solution narratives that combine products, services, analytics, and expertise into cohesive commercial offerings.
  • Go‑to‑Market Planning & Playbook Creation
    • Build global go‑to‑market (GTM) frameworks and commercialization playbooks to support solution growth and adoption.
    • Develop sales tools, training materials, customer‑facing collateral, and commercial storytelling assets that enable consistent global execution.
    • Partner with regional marketers to localize and adapt global playbooks for market‑specific needs.
  • Global Implementation & Cross‑Functional Leadership
    • Lead cross‑functional solution commercialization teams across marketing, product, sales excellence, and regional commercial organizations.
    • Ensure global consistency of solution messaging and GTM execution while enabling regional flexibility.
    • Guide global rollout of solution strategies, tracking adoption, performance, and commercial outcomes.
  • Market & Performance Insights
    • Collaborate with analytics and insights teams to understand solution performance, customer value drivers, and market opportunities.
    • Use data to refine positioning, optimize commercial strategy, and adjust GTM plans.
    • Benchmark competitive solution offerings and evolve strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Equip global sales teams with the tools and skills needed to sell solutions consultatively and value‑based.
    • Drive creation of sales narratives, discovery guides, objection handling, and solution‑based customer conversation frameworks.
    • Support global sales training and capability‑building initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in downstream marketing, commercial strategy, or solution marketing within a global organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying GTM strategies and commercial playbooks.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
