Position Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Temporary HRIS Data Analyst to support ongoing data cleanup, validation, and system optimization efforts within our UKG Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. This role will focus on identifying and correcting data discrepancies, maintaining business rules, validating employee records, and assisting with HRIS data integrity projects.
This position is heavily focused on data entry, data validation, and repetitive transactional work. Many assignments involve reviewing large volumes of employee records and making consistent updates that may take several days to complete. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, is comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and can maintain focus and attention to detail throughout lengthy projects.
This position reports directly to the Director of HRIS.
- Research and resolve Benefit Administration validation errors and system exceptions.
- Review and correct discrepancies between employee Status Dates and Last Hire Dates.
- Inactivate active secondary jobs for terminated employees.
- Identify and resolve duplicate employee .
- Perform mailing address audits and data cleanup activities.
- Correct secondary job start dates to align with employee hire dates.
- Review, update, and maintain company Business Rules.
- Assist with additional workforce management and payroll-related data corrections.
- Support HRIS data integrity initiatives and special projects.
- Follow up on data correction requests submitted by HR, Payroll, and operational teams.
- Complete large-scale data entry and data cleanup projects involving hundreds or thousands of employee records.
- Previous experience working with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) preferred.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, workforce management, or employee data systems a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, auditing, and validation.
- Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain concentration while working through high-volume data entry and record correction tasks.
