Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Site Superintendent (Contract) in Arlington Heights, IL (Northwest Suburbs of Chicago).
This is a 5–6 month project (Starting mid-May, approx. 5/18).
Now seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee a ground-up, 1-story Leasing Office and Fitness Center project within an active apartment community. This role requires full on-site leadership, managing all phases of construction while ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding residents.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead daily on-site construction operations
-Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project workflow
-Enforce safety protocols and maintain site compliance
-Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
-Oversee traffic control, parking coordination, and access within an occupied community
-Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure project standards are met

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-Experience working in occupied or active residential environments preferred
-Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedule adherence
-Must be local to the Chicago area or Northwest suburbs
