The Chief Estimator will lead early‑stage project planning, budgeting, estimating, value engineering, subcontractor outreach, and client‑facing preconstruction efforts. You’ll work closely with ownership, operations, estimating, and clients to help secure and plan projects before they move into construction.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being involved in the front end of projects, building client trust, solving problems early, and helping turn opportunities into successful jobs.

• Experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management with a commercial GC
• Strong conceptual estimating and budgeting skills
• Experience with commercial, education, healthcare, public, or municipal projects
• Comfortable working with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Someone who wants long‑term stability with a respected local contractor
