Rapidly growing agency in Northbrook, IL (just north of Chicago) is seeking an experienced (3-4 years preferred) graphic designer to join our team. We have a great opportunity available to be the lead designer on one of our top accounts.
Job is on-site at least four days a week in Northbrook;
Fridays from home (or your favorite coffee shop) after a few weeks of training.
The ideal candidate must minimum 3-4 years experience at an agency or in a high-volume, high-quality client-side role.
You should have formal graphic design training and love creating great work. The person in this role will join a great team to concept, design and execute digital visuals for use across multiple media channels. Qualifications- Required:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred and/or related experience with an advertising/marketing agency. - 3-4 years experience in a role (post-college)
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products required
- Video editing, motion graphics, or animation skills would be a big plus, but not required.
- Website dev skills and/or Figma skills would be a big plus, too.
- A diverse portfolio that shows a range of advertising, digital, and print work.
- A good person. We are a nice group of folks and want to add another one. No prima donnas. This a serious, but fun, environment.
- An interest in working on a high-volume account.
- Ability to effectively organize workload and prioritize based on project deadlines.
- Desire to work at a fast pace.
- Good people skills (you'll be talking with clients regularly).
