Job Description:
The Customer Support Coordinator will provide front-line support for customers with billing and finance-related questions while managing a high volume of inbound calls and performing accurate data entry. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls related to invoices, refunds, tax questions, and general billing inquiries
- Assist customers in understanding invoice details and charges
- Provide invoice copies, statements, credit documentation, and other requested records
- Set up electronic invoice delivery and update tax-exempt status
- Enter and maintain accurate case and customer data in Salesforce
- Escalate complex or specialized issues to senior team members
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service on every interaction
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of corporate customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Basic understanding of invoices or finance terminology a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and data entry skills
