• Call Center - Answering General Information calls
• Reporting results (Critical reporting)
• Faxing Results (Call List)
• Trouble shooting specimen errors (LSI)
• Creating tickets
• Specimen add on requests
• Supply Ordering
• Contacting patients for recollections

  Multi-tasking a must, Call center experience
