• Basic level of technology and understanding of Google

• Support student in accessing instruction in the general and special education environments
• Collaborate with certified personnel (special education teachers, general education teachers, and related services personnel) to support individual student needs
• Reinforce instruction provided by certified personnel
• Serve as a liaison between general and special education personnel, communicating student progress and needs
• Support data collection related to individual student goals
• Build and maintain positive and supportive relationships with students and staff
• Assist certified personnel with preparation of materials and modifications
• Provide accommodations as determined by a student’s IEP team
• Support and model the implementation of classroom and school-wide expectations
• Support the implementation of individual student behavior plans
• Demonstrate the ability to problem solve in the moment in the best interest of students
• Support the generalization of skills across settings
• Participate in team meetings as needed
• Participate in annual Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and Trauma-Informed training and other professional development as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned
