The Cove School in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Transition Job Coach for the school year. This full-time role works with students one-to-one and in small groups at the Cove Career Center and in the community, supporting independent living skills and work readiness.
You will supervise students at work sites, model tasks, provide accommodations, collect data, and give feedback, while coordinating with the Transition Supervisor to review progress and plan next steps.
