What Youll Do:

• Provide individualized and small-group assistance to students, supporting academic, behavioral, and social growth
• Help facilitate classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) where needed
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care requirements for students
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that fosters respect and learning

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a TB test (per district guidelines)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed
• Clearances up-to-date, or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in educational, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience appreciated but not required
• Reliable, patient, and comfortable working collaboratively
