* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering principles relevant to the position.
* Strong understanding of lithium-ion batteries, including performance, electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing methodologies, and certification processes within the battery industry.
* 5+ years of proven experience in executing DV and PV test plans specifically tailored to the battery industry. This includes defining test objectives, methods, acceptance criteria, and reporting on results to ensure product compliance and reliability.
* Familiarity with relevant conformity assessment standards and regulations applicable to the field, ensuring adherence to industry-specific requirements and best practices.
* Demonstrated ability to apply project management principles and handle multiple projects simultaneously, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and client communication within the engineering context.
* Experience in preparing and managing projects quotes/RFQ is a plus

The estimated salary range for this position is $,000K and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
