Position

Summary

As an FP&A Senior Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions by coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations on financial strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. You will ensure accurate financial reporting through the integration of advanced modeling techniques, robust business analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support rebate program evaluations and scenario/sensitivity analyses.
  • Manage the development of rebate financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring alignment with business partners and overarching business objectives.
  • Lead the team’s preparation of accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, accrual, and variance analysis related to the Zinc contracting entity.
  • Assist with the analysis of rebate program performance through identifying trends, risks, and prepare recommendations to optimize profitability.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of related financial reporting, modeling, and variance analysis work experience.
  • Proven ability to support multiple projects/responsibilities simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines are met and team goals are accomplished.
  • Proven advanced skills in Excel, Financial Modeling, and Variance Analysis.
  • Proven experience with large data sets (Teradata, Google Cloud) and visual analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) to draw actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills (verbal/written) with the ability to synthesize information and articulate a clear story.
  • Mastery of growth mindset (quick to develop your personal skills, and teams’ abilities).
  • Proven experience leading and executing through ambiguity.
  • Wharton FP&A Certification or FPAC.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent years of related professional work experience in addition to qualifications is required.

Pay Range

$67,900.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
