Growing, global manufacturer is seeking a Controller with strong accounting experience to support a key domestic operating company. This high-impact role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and global teams. Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote); local candidates only.
What you’ll do as the Controller:- Lead accounting, reporting, cash management, and overall financial operations
- Own month-end close, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Act as finance lead for ERP and process improvements
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across the business
- Partner directly with operational leadership on strategy and decision-making
- Lead a team of 3
- Collaborate with global HQ and international teams
- 8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams
- Background with a blend of accounting and finance is a plus
- High visibility with leadership
- Global exposure
