Position: Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance Reporting
Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Senior Manager Enterprise Performance Reporting is responsible for enabling enterprise‑wide financial insight through standardized metrics, robust data dimensionality, and centralized reporting capabilities across laboratories and business units. Focuses on improving comparability, transparency, and decision support by aligning finance data structures, performance reporting, and governance across the organization.

Serves as a bridge between accounting, FP&A, operational finance, and business leadership, ensuring that financial information is consistent, trusted, and actionable  deliverables include enterprise metrics, common data definitions, centralized reporting models, and cross‑lab comparability frameworks that support management, executive leadership, and external reporting needs.

This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days a week in office) position located at either our Northbrook, IL or Chicago, IL office.

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

* 12+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience, including senior leadership roles.

* Proven experience designing enterprise reporting, metrics, and finance data models in a large, complex organization.

* Strong background partnering with FP&A and business leaders on performance management and analytics.

* Deep understanding of ERP, EPM, and finance reporting systems and data structures.

* Experience operating within global, matrixed, or multi‑business environments.

* Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

* Strong governance mindset, sound judgment, and enterprise orientation.

Total Rewards:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary.

This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), Holidays (9 days), Personal days (3 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
