Senior Analyst, FP&A

Title: Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A Retail Pharmacy

Description: The Senior Financial Analyst will be focused on providing analytical support for the Retail Rx FP&A team, driving actionable business insights. The role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and monthly analysis and will provide senior management with the information needed to make critical business decisions.

• Perform pharmacy margin analytics related to business performance and profitability trends.
• Support the development of the annual budget and periodic forecast deliverables.
• Maintain and improve complex financial models used to project short- and long-term sales and gross margin performance.
• Act as a key liaison between Finance and various business units to ensure that financial forecasts align with current trends and market conditions.
• Help support the long‑term financial planning process and other strategic initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management and as opportunities arise.

• 2 – 3+ years of finance experience.

• 4+ years of finance experience.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Microsoft Excel experience using functions such as Pivot Tables, INDEX(), Filters, etc.
• Microsoft Access and PowerPoint experience.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Prior SQL experience is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Pay Range: $46,988.00 – $

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
