Client Associate, Registered

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Registered Client Associate to:

A Client Service Associate serves as the first point of contact when a client calls to reach their advisor. Through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships. Leading with a client-first mindset, a successful candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal skills, immense attention to detail, and will be able to assist clients with their everyday needs.

• Assist financial advisors in client conversations, providing analytic information and aiming to understand the client’s goals
• Provide support for client relationship building and business development activities
• Keep systems up-to-date with client information
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

• Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in client service within the finance sector
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
• Analytical and logical
• Team player

The indicative gross base salary range for this full-time role is:
United States – Illinois – Northbrook, min USD 65,000 to max USD 85,000 per annum.
