Senior Team Auditor – Financial Controls Assurance within the Internal Audit Department of CVS Health. The role reports to the Senior Manager of the Financial Controls Assurance Team and supervises a small audit/compliance team performing Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) regulatory requirements for the Health Services segment. Responsibilities include planning and executing SOX tests, evaluating internal controls, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with business partners, external auditors, and management.

• Assist with annual SOX planning and supervise execution of SOX testing.
• Evaluate and recommend operational and process improvements to enhance financial compliance and control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to support CVS Health’s transformational goals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with business partners, external auditors, and management to ensure SOX compliance.

• Minimum 2+ years experience in accounting or audit roles.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Strong analytical, deductive, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Prior experience with internal controls, risks, and SOX audit a plus.
• Professional designations such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or progress toward them.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

$46,988.00 – $ per year. Base pay will vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs.
