USA Clinics Group is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, tax, audit, revenue cycle performance, and corporate finance activities.

The CFO will be a key partner in driving organizational growth, improving operational performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the enterprise. In addition to traditional financial leadership responsibilities, this individual will lead the financial evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, predictive analytics, and business intelligence solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalable growth.

    Northbrook, IL or New York, NY
  • Schedule:

    Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
  • Compensation:
    Up to $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy to support continued growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team by providing financial analysis, recommendations, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and internal control functions.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt obligations, and capital allocation strategies.
  • Drive operational efficiency initiatives through financial analysis, cost optimization, and process improvement efforts.
  • Partner with operational leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, new service lines, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
  • Monitor and improve key business performance metrics across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle functions.
  • Lead financial due diligence, business modeling, risk assessment, and investment analysis for major organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit obligations.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting organization.
  • Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, ownership, lenders, and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and organizational performance.
  • Partner with technology, operations, and clinical leaders to identify AI-driven opportunities that reduce administrative burden, optimize workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and create measurable business value.
  • Develop financial models and ROI analyses for technology investments, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise automation projects.
  • Drive the implementation of business intelligence and predictive analytics tools to improve decision-making, workforce planning, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.
  • Establish governance and financial oversight for AI and emerging technology initiatives to ensure responsible, secure, and compliant implementation.
  • Champion innovation and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization while balancing risk management and fiscal responsibility.
