We are looking for a therapist or social worker to join the Northbrook team and see a minimum of 20 clients per week. You’ll have a dedicated, beautiful office each week and a schedule you set with our support. Inspire serves a wide variety of clients, including kids, adolescents, adults, families and couples.
ResponsibilitiesProvide counseling services to a diverse client base and contribute to a warm, open, and caring team culture. Manage clinical responsibilities with the support of a large administrative team that handles intake calls, new client paperwork, scheduling, billing, insurance processing, marketing, and office management. Maintain professionalism and adherence to practice standards while fostering client growth and well-being.

- Minimum of 20 clients a week (25 office hours)
- Weekend availability (first year: at least one weekend shift per month: Friday 3-8; Sat/Sun 10-1 or 1-5)
- Experience with counseling; life and personal experience is a plus
- Paneled with BCBS, United Health Care , Humana, Aetna (a plus)
- Prior private practice experience (a plus)

- License or certification (or in-progress) for MSW, LSW, LPC, MFT, LCPC, LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, LSW, PhD, PMHNP
