School-Based Physical Therapist - Northbrook, IL

• Valid Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in pediatric, school-based, or therapeutic settings preferred
• Comfort working across diverse age groups including elementary, high school, and transitioning young adults
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed
• Dedication to compassionate, student-centered care

• Assess students physical abilities and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services individually or in groups across elementary, high school, and transition program sites
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students IEP goals
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt interventions to ensure accessibility and success in the school setting
• Promote physical development and independence for students with varying abilities
