The Product Consultant manages, configures, and supports the Team Connect platform for Legal Services and Legal Billing. This role partners with Legal, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure a secure, stable, and scalable solution aligned with business needs. The role also designs and develops Java-based integrations and microservices to enable seamless data exchange with enterprise systems.

• Administer and customize Team Connect modules (Matter Management, Legal Billing, Vendor Management, Reporting)
• Configure workflows, rules, security, forms, and billing processes
• Develop Java/Spring customizations, integrations, and REST APIs
• Build and support microservices and enterprise system integrations
• Serve as primary support contact for Team Connect enhancements and issues
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Support UAT, deployments, upgrades, and reporting
• Ensure system health, data integrity, and compliance

• 6+ years of Team Connect administration and customization
• 6+ years of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST API development
• Strong understanding of legal matter management and legal billing
• Experience with SaaS configuration, integrations, and microservices
