Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Finance

Position Overview

The Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst will drive initiatives across the Business Function, delivering creative solutions and data visualizations to support business decisions. The role focuses on supporting SAP S/4

HANA CO module, particularly actual costing, and collaborates across production, plant maintenance, accounting, and IT security teams.

• Lead solutions through the system life cycle from inception to go‑live and beyond.
• Provide support and new initiatives in S/4
  
  HANA CO module with a focus on actual costing.
• Collaborate with Production and Plant Maintenance teams on integration and reporting.
• Analyze business needs, deliver creative solutions, and provide functional and technical requirements to development teams.
• Advise decision‑makers through insightful data visualizations and reporting.
• Lead projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors.
• Drive projects end‑to‑end, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adherence to project management methodology.
• Influence future of business systems by engaging in system/product selection & evaluation.
• Define scope and strategy of quality assurance to keep business systems current and reliable.
• Analyze overall health of business systems and develop corrective actions for internal controls.

Education: BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience. MS/MA/MBA preferred. Professional certifications are a plus.

Experience: More than 7 years of related professional work experience.

• Experience in change management and participation in change boards.
• Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.
• Business test planning and coordination experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to learn, apply knowledge of the business to deliver improvements in solutions and processes.
• Expert in SAP S/4
  
  HANA or ECC (Finance, Controlling, Actual Costing). Good knowledge of 3rd party system integration into S/4.

The estimated base pay range is $99,500 – $139,900, subject to factors such as education, training, skills, and experience.
