A $20mm family run company that has seen good growth in the past several years is looking for someone to help move their accounting forward. Depending on the experiences this role could be called Controller or CFO. The company is unbelievably solid and stable and will offer someone a long-term opportunity.

The role itself will manage:
Accounting, while having a leadership hand in third party warehouse and IT service provider relationships, along with other business-related functions. Therefore, someone that has experiences with a small company would be able to step in and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Own all financial close and reporting
• Manage budgeting process, along with variance analysis
• Manage all treasury, cash management, and banking relationships
• Be first point of contact for IT troubleshooting
• Manage vendor and warehouse partner relationships
• Partner with business owners for all functions
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 10+ years' of related experience in finance or accounting
• Experience with inventory
• Must have shown career stability
• Strong quantitative and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Net Suite and/or other systems is preferred
