• The team supports Allstate Health Solutions (AHS) technology platforms,
  enabling Product delivery, Platform modernization, Secure integrations and Operational stability across key platforms (Quotit, Agent Cubed, AHIT, Medicare Benefits)
• This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, solution design, and delivery execution, with a strong hands‑on focus (not purely advisory) supporting modernization and integration work
• You will be working in a highly cross‑functional role, partnering with Product, Engineering, Platform, Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, and Vendors
• Operates as a bridge between business intent and engineering execution

• Support platform solution design and integration strategies
• Perform hands‑on API validation and testing (e.g., Postman)
• Assist in Azure migration planning, environment readiness, and cutover execution
• Coordinate Dev Ops readiness:
  Repo access, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes
• Support data migration planning and validation (including PHI/PII considerations)
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies across environments, security, and integrations
• Collaborate with engineering to translate business requirements into implementable solutions
• Produce technical documentation, decision logs, and stakeholder updates

• 7+ years progressive experience
• Hands‑on API + integration experience
• Azure/cloud experience
• Working knowledge of Dev Ops (CI/CD, repos, deployments)
• Ability to execute within platform delivery (not just architect)
• Strong communication + documentation skills
• Work directly with engineers (debug, validate, iterate)
• Communicate across technical and business stakeholders
• Document risks, decisions, and dependencies clearly

• Tech stack exposure:
  • .NET / C# / SQL / Cosmos DB
  • Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, Terraform, IaC tools
• Experience with:
  • API tools (Postman)
  • Cloud/data migration and cutover activities
  • Regulated environments (HIPAA, PHI/PII, HITRUST)
• Exposure to:
  • Microservices, event‑driven architectures
  • Vendor/platform integrations
  • Emerging areas (Azure AI, OpenAI integrations)

Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 annually
