Kemper Sports is seeking a Vice President of New Business Development (West Coast) to drive growth of its leased and managed portfolio across the Western United States. Reporting to the SVP of New Business Development, this role focuses on sourcing and closing new opportunities, managing proposals and negotiations, and building strong industry relationships to expand Kemper Sports’ footprint in the golf, sports, and hospitality space.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Vice President – New Business Development, the Vice President – New Business Development (West Coast) is responsible for growing Kemper Sports’ leased and managed portfolio throughout the Western United States.

• Grow the leased and managed portfolio across the West Coast.
• Generate new business leads through proactive outreach and industry networking.
• Respond to RFPs and inbound inquiries.
• Evaluate opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new properties.
• Represent Kemper Sports at industry events

• 10+ years of relevant experience in golf or hospitality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• CRM and pipeline management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
