Primary Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and manage all activities in an Agile project life‑cycle.
- Communicate project/program status, issues, and risks.
- Leverage project management methodologies and best practices.
- Identify process inefficiencies and strategies to improve overall outcomes.
- Identify and elevate risks and delays in an urgent and timely manner.
- Understand the overall business value associated with project results and work efforts.
- Provide project leadership and direction to team members and stakeholders.
- Interface with platform vendors and third‑party organizations as needed.
- Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheets.
- 3+ years of technical agile project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing successful large, cross‑functional agile teams.
- Strong leadership skills; able to successfully influence without authority across the organization.
- Strong communication skills and a direct communication style.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize complicated projects.
- Ability to garner strong working relationships across multiple teams is a must.
- Strong curiosity of all things and a desire to problem solve.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment.
- Experience with technical project rollout planning and execution.
- Expertise leading and coaching teams using agile best practices.
- Project management certifications preferred (e.g., Six Sigma/Lean, PMP, PPM, ACP, CSPO, CSM, SAFe).

Hiring Range: $88,000 - $110,000
