- Managing the implementation of large and complex programs
- Provides overall leadership and support to one or more project teams
- Acts as front-line contact on program related activities, issues, and risks. Manages risks
- and issues and takes corrective measurements
- Interfaces with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit Leaders and finance to develop ROI, IRR and other financial measures
- Partners with purchasing to develop POs and manages suppliers and vendor relationships. Manages stakeholders’ communication
- Defines the program governance (controls)
- Plans the overall program and monitors the progress, and performs daily program management throughout the program life cycle
- Manages the program’s budget and financial performance
- Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies
- Manages and utilizes resources across projects
- May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives and goals, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
- Performs other duties as directed
